REFUND POLICY

CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED PRODUCT?

Yes, you can return the item. You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the
product on support@nonsensetee.com OR _9599040364_ through WhatsApp
mentioning your Order ID & date of order.

REFUND
  • All shipments (COD & PREPAID) are eligible for a refund. 100% REFUND of product cost.
  • We will process the refund with in 7 working days and it will to credited to the original payment method

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

REPLACEMENT

In case, the size doesn’t fit, you can opt for a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address. It takes 7-15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. (In some cases it might take longer) The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us.

Please make sure you keep the parcel ready. The pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address mentioned below.

Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

The cash on delivery charge is not refundable.

COD CHARGES

The cash on delivery charges is not refundable in any case.

REVERSE PICK UP

We do not charge extra or debit any amount for reverse pick up. However, it is a service we provide to our customers. The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code. If reverse pick-up not available, we request you to send the product back to the below mentioned address.

PLEASE NOTE: THE REVERSE PICK UP CHARGES BORNE BY YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN THE BANK ACCOUNT AS PER INDIAN TAX REGULATIONS.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID & REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER is mentioned on the package. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + courier charges will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and COD.

CAN I OPT FOR A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT FOR REPLACED PRODUCT?

No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a refund/credit note for a replacement product.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once the product is picked from your place. It takes 7 – 15 days for the product to reach us as most of the courier companies are replying on surface shipping it might take even longer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

PRODUCT PURCHASED VIA BLACK FRIDAY SALE, CLEARANCE SALE OR ANY OTHER SALE PERIOD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGE, REFUND ON ANY CONDITIONS.
